The Perl studios are seasonal furnished studio flats located in the town center of Antibes.
Antibes is an old greco-roman city from la Côte d'Azur based between Nice and Cannes.

Welcome to our wonderful sunny region ! Departing from Place De Gaulle, right at the bottom of the building, you can find a free shuttle service which will take you into and around town, as well as the busstop for the various busses and coaches to Cannes, Nice, the airport…etc

The 22 furnished studio flats are on the 3rd and 4th floor of the old Grand Hotel of Antibes, above the Tourist Office. We are members of the charter of quality for furnished accomodation All flats can easily accomodate 2 to 4 people and have a surface of between 18m2 and 32m2. There is the possibility to park your car in a 24h guarded car park (there is a charge for this).

The Perl studio flats are situated on Place De Gaulle - the largest square of the historical town of Antibes - 500m from the train station, 500m from the sea and beaches , 5 mins from the bustling sea-side resort of Juan les Pins and close to all commodities and shops.

Our studio flats are ideally situated right next door to the old town of Antibes and its provençale markets, the Picasso museum, the Vauban port, the Peynet museum (the museum of lovers), the Fort Carré, the sandy beaches, the Cap d'Antibes, Marineland… etc.


Reception Opening hours :
from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm
Saturday : 9am - 12pm and 5pm - 7pm
Sunday closed
In case of late arrival or arrival outside office hours, please let the management know in advance.
